Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Dresden, Germany. As a key representative in the service department, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our high-tech machines in the customer's factory.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine checks of machines, including documentation and reporting
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to system problems
- Maintain the ERP system, including spare parts management
- Create maintenance and measurement logs
- Build a complete and broad understanding of multi-beam mask writers.
- Be able to work independently.
- Internal and external communication about the progress of tool optimization.
- On-call service for troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree or technical studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related fields.
- Experience in a cleanroom environment, ideally pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English. German language would be beneficial
- Experience conducting Preventative and/or Corrective maintenance on electromechanical machinery.
