Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the procurement and configuration of client hardware utilizing Device Management Systems such as Intune (for Windows) or JAMF (for Apple devices).
  • Ensure the setup and upkeep of workstations across our office locations.
  • Provide client support in conjunction with the IT team, focusing on Windows infrastructure.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees independently.
  • Address Microsoft/Office 365 inquiries efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, printing, and email services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external IT service providers as necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • A completed education in IT or equivalent professional experience (minimum of 5 years) in network administration.
  • A methodical, self-sufficient work approach complemented by strong collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and organizational capabilities.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to emerging IT fields.
  • Proficiency in server management, Microsoft Cloud services, client support, network troubleshooting, virtualization, scripting, and ticketing systems.
