The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bremen. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various regions, including Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Maintain and update our Trustpilot review page, ensuring that customer reviews are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the translation of customer inquiries and marketing campaigns to ensure that our products are presented in a consistent and high-quality manner across all regions.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional who is fluent in German and has a strong understanding of the cultural nuances of the German and Dutch markets. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong experience in customer service and a passion for helping people.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
