Hoyer Unternehmensgruppe is seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Neustadt-Glewe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics network within a dynamic and established company.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient inventory management, timely delivery of goods, and seamless coordination of shipping operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Inventory Management: Accurately track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, generate shipping documents, and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill orders promptly.
- Fleet and Shipping Coordination: Manage the allocation of vehicles, schedule deliveries, and liaise with carriers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Communication and Customer Service: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, drivers, and internal stakeholders to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues promptly.
- Documentation and Data Analysis: Prepare shipping documentation, analyze logistics data, and identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.
- Sales Support: Provide logistical support to the sales team, assisting with order fulfillment and addressing customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed vocational training, preferably in a business-related field.
- Previous experience in a similar logistics role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
