We are a leading company in the aviation industry, seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative customs processing, working closely with our head office in Biberach/Baden
- Organizing and supervising the transport of our products and service suppliers
- Creating delivery documents and taking over the picking process
- Registering the goods with our forwarders
- Controlling the incoming and outgoing goods according to quantity and quality
- Posting the goods receipts and goods issues in the ERP system SAP
- Checking optimal storage conditions and working closely with the warehouse's skilled workers
Requirements
- Vocational training in a commercial profession, ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk, or successful completion of training in the field of logistics
- Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics and customs clearance
- Good knowledge in the use of MS Office, and confident handling of SAP
- High level of commitment, strong communication skills, and work in a very structured manner
- Fluent written and spoken German and English in our international environment
