Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee the administrative customs processing, transportation, and storage of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in logistics and customs clearance, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative customs processing and coordination with our head office
  • Organizing and supervising the transportation of products and services
  • Creating delivery documents and managing the picking process
  • Registering goods with forwarders and controlling incoming and outgoing goods
  • Posting goods receipts and issues in the ERP system SAP
  • Ensuring optimal storage conditions and collaborating with warehouse staff

Requirements

  • Vocational training in a commercial profession, ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics and customs clearance
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of commitment
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
