AufgabenbereichIn der Position als technischer Planer und Einkäufer (m/w/d) sind Sie für folgende Tätigkeiten verantwortlich:
- Planung und Terminierung von Produktionsaufträgen für Endprodukte und Zwischenprodukte
- Durchführung von Verfügbarkeitsanalysen für benötigte Produktionsmaterialien
- Koordination der externen Fertigung und Erstellung von Aufträgen für Fremdfertigung
- Vorkalkulation und eigenverantwortlicher Abgleich der Nachkalkulation
- Mitwirkung an Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung im gesamten Produktionsbereich
- Verantwortung für die Bestellabwicklung, einschließlich der qualitativen, quantitativen und termingerechten Beschaffung von Materialien, Waren und Dienstleistungen
- Pflege und Ausbau von Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen
- Überwachung und Klärung von Terminen und technischen Fragen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
- Enger Austausch mit den Bereichen Wareneingang, Warenausgang und Produktion
- Monitoring des Produktionsfortschritts und Management von Engpässen
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Einkauf
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder im technischen Einkauf, vorzugsweise in der Industrie
- Fundiertes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse, insbesondere in der Einzelfertigung und Kleinserienproduktion
- Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Kalkulation sowie Zeitwirtschaft
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
