We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to manage and enhance our telecommunications and security systems. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring seamless communication and safety within our organization.

• Administer, configure, and maintain hybrid telecommunication systems, including telephones and mobile devices, along with their respective applications.
• Install, commission, and provide ongoing maintenance for communication infrastructures related to telephony, networking, time management, personnel safety, and surveillance systems.
• Engage in the setup and commissioning of both LAN and WLAN infrastructures.
• Provision, install, and support all IT devices, including phones, computers, laptops, and printers across various locations.
• Deliver first-level support through the IT Service Desk as needed.

• Preferably, a completed vocational training or relevant experience in information technology or telecommunications.
• Strong expertise in the installation and operation of telecommunications systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of networking is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning and effective communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
