Category Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at reBuy reCommerce GmbH. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of our product categories, driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category strategies based on market, customer, and competitor analysis.
- Define product assortments considering performance and customer intent.
- Manage day-to-day pricing of products, working closely with data science teams to develop pricing logics.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns with our campaign team.
- Collaborate with paid marketing teams to improve marketing efficiency and operation teams to enhance stock quality and unit economics.
- Drive key projects between departments.
- 5+ years of experience in Category Management (e-commerce or retail) or Business Consulting.
- Excellent understanding of P&L, e-commerce drivers, and pricing.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably in Looker or Tableau, as well as Excel/Gsheets.
- Critical thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Prior experience with creating sales campaigns and working with paid marketing teams is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead projects with various stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; German or another European language skills are a plus.
