Gestalten Sie Ihre berufliche Zukunft nachhaltig Wir suchen einen Business Consultant (m/w/d) für HR-IT Systeme zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bei HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung von IT-gestützten Softwarelösungen für den Personalbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
  • Betreuung der Erstellung von interaktiven Berichten, Metriken und Dashboards.
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung des Berichtswesens durch Verbesserung von Prozessen und Systemen.
  • Erstellung von internen und externen Berichten für HR-relevante Daten.
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben, die Schnittstellen zu anderen Abteilungen betreffen, wie Arbeitssicherheit und Nachhaltigkeit.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informationstechnik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung als Datenspezialist, idealerweise im HR-Umfeld.
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Entwicklung von HR-Systemen und im Bereich KI.
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel, einschließlich VBA und Power Query.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsstärke.
