Key Responsibilities
- Formulating innovative sales strategies for green ammonia in collaboration with the team.
- Identifying and nurturing new business prospects within the ammonia and hydrogen sectors, including potential clients and strategic alliances.
- Overseeing and participating in the formulation of ammonia business agreements and letters of intent.
- Assisting in the development of essential product features based on market insights, in partnership with the team.
- Evaluating and refining business cases for ammonia with contributions from various departments (technical, market, legal, regulatory, etc.).
- Providing advisory support to prospective clients and gathering feedback on our offerings.
- Leading internal and external workshops and presentations to showcase our products.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering.
- Several years of experience in developing innovative products, sales strategies, and/or business development.
- Proven experience in conceptualizing new business ideas, including negotiation and drafting of client contracts.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and clients at all levels.
- An entrepreneurial mindset capable of integrating diverse customer needs and market trends into valuable business opportunities.
- Preferable, but not essential: a strong technical background and a broad network in industries such as ammonia, chemicals, fertilizer production, or mobility (road, shipping, aviation), or substantial sales experience (e.g., natural gas, technical sales).
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
