Senior Product Management Leader

We are seeking a Senior Product Management Leader to become a pivotal part of our Choice Domain, dedicated to enhancing customer experiences.
The selection and accessibility of vendors within our applications are critical elements influencing a customer's decision to place an order. Our goal is to provide an unparalleled selection for customers, surpassing our competitors by featuring a diverse range of appealing vendors while maintaining operational efficiency. This approach enables us to meet all potential demands and facilitates seamless deliveries from the outset of the customer experience.
- Oversee a team of two to three Product Managers, empowering them to reach their full potential through mentorship, best practice implementation, and performance evaluations.
- Prioritize and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams alongside your Engineering counterpart.
- Manage technically intricate B2B2C products that determine the availability of restaurants and other vendors for millions of customers daily.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science and Operations teams to address optimization challenges that encourage more frequent customer orders.
- Derive customer insights through experimentation and assist internal users in making informed availability configurations.
- Align stakeholder expectations from over 65 countries, ensuring robust collaboration and communication across the organization to build consensus on the product roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in launching and continuously improving B2B(2C) products at scale.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse array of global stakeholders, effectively prioritizing while ensuring engagement.
- Capacity to balance user requirements with business objectives, providing clear justifications for decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Logistics sector.
- Familiarity with Geospatial Data.
- Knowledge of working with OKRs.
