Lead In Vitro PK Group at Nuvisan GmbH

Assume leadership for the In Vitro PK group at Nuvisan GmbH, ensuring the team's capabilities and strengths are developed through adequate training. Coordinate work to optimize resource employment and achieve financial targets, while maintaining smooth and timely interaction with other groups.

Contribute to operational, financial, and strategic decisions, supporting the mission and objectives set by Nuvisan GmbH. Provide scientific advice to clients, particularly in the field of in vitro PK, and identify project issues to develop solutions with client representatives and line management.

Evaluate and implement new technologies, techniques, and skills in accordance with the site strategy, ensuring continuous process improvement. Author, edit, and review service estimates, reports, quality documents, and marketing materials, ensuring their quality.

Represent the function's scientific area and expertise outside of Nuvisan GmbH upon request. Requirements

  • PhD in pharmacy, biochemistry, chemistry, or related fields with relevant DMPK experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech industry, or at CROs
  • Excellent understanding of in vitro ADME assays in drug candidate selection and development
  • Experience in leading teams with more than 5 direct reports
  • Profound knowledge of the drug discovery and development process
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English and German
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, high personal initiative
