IT Business Analyst (ERP & Financials)

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a passion for financial processes and ERP systems to join our team and work on a dynamic project that bridges finance, IT, and ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to gather and document business requirements for ERP implementations and improvements.
  • Leverage expertise in financial processes such as Record to Report to optimize ERP solutions.
  • Analyze current financial workflows to identify areas of improvement within the ERP system.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure ERP solutions meet financial reporting and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on ERP systems and financial processes.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Preferred experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
