Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain, including supplier evaluation, quality management, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate suppliers in the tender phase and contribute to the selection decision when introducing new products
  • Manage the supply chain, including review of quality aspects
  • Responsible for on-time and quality (and cost, if applicable) delivery
  • Identify supplier industrial risks and take short-term action to improve performance
  • Verify supplier certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Evaluate supplier capacities, capabilities, and performance and contribute to the development
  • Support annual vendor evaluation and present operational performance during meetings

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Supply Chain Quality, or a comparable qualification
  • More than three years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management, quality management, and supply chain
  • Basic knowledge of lean- and project management
  • Good knowledge of SAP/R3
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of German
  • Willingness for occasional business trips
