Überblick über die Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Key Account Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Fintech-Abteilung. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du mit unseren strategischen Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu entwickeln und zu vermarkten.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Entwickle und implementiere Strategien für die Kundenbeziehungen und -entwicklung
  • Analysiere und optimiere bestehende Prozesse und stelle sicher, dass unsere Kunden eine hohe Servicequalität erhalten
  • Entwickle Partnerschaften mit unseren strategischen Kunden und überzeugst sie von unseren Produkten
  • Arbeite eng mit unserem Team zusammen, um unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu entwickeln und zu vermarkten
  • Stelle sicher, dass unsere Kunden eine positive Erfahrung mit unserem Unternehmen haben

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich (z.B. Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Marketing)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kunden- und/oder Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzbranche und den relevanten Technologien
  • Flexibilität und Fähigkeit, sich schnell an neue Situationen anzupassen
