SAP Finance Consultant with a Focus on Controlling

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Project Lead / Workstream Lead in SAP S/4HANA Finance Projects within a global matrix structure. This position requires a strong understanding of finance processes and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance Projects, ensuring effective project execution within a global matrix organization.
  • Act as an Application Expert in the IT Demand Management Process, providing insights and support.
  • Work closely with management and functional teams to guarantee seamless business process integration and explore innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, assignment, and monitoring of project support, change requests, and service incidents through multiple channels.
  • Implement and customize SAP Finance processes independently, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Provide ongoing support for the SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Module, with a specific emphasis on SAP Controlling.
  • Facilitate Solution Walkthroughs, End-User Testing, and Integration Testing in collaboration with the Finance and Controlling departments.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP FICO, specifically in S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling and its integration with other SAP modules.
  • A professional demeanor with a proactive approach to work and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with key business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in managing IT projects in a multinational and multicultural context.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with Change Management expertise.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
