About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our production analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement analytics solutions with a focus on production, MES, engineering, and logistics
  • Develop and maintain production reports using SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ME/MII, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other tools
  • Ensure the framework for governance, quality, conformity, and operation of production analytics
  • Collaborate with global process organization and IT solution architects
  • Work closely with internal and external IT consultants in Germany, India, and America
  • Contribute to demand and project management for production analytics
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of analytics solutions as an expert and lead developer

Requirements:

  • University degree in informatics, computer science, or equivalent education with experience in production and shop floor controlling
  • Profound experience in software development in the area of analytics based on SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ME/MII, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other tools
  • Experience working with intercultural teams and leading small development teams, preferably with experience in India
  • Fast learning, solution-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Professional appearance, proactive, and responsible way of working, and the ability to work in a team
