Key Responsibilities

As a Property Claims Handler, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks in a dynamic international setting:

  • Coordinating with experts, legal representatives, and other service providers
  • Assisting global colleagues with claims related to significant clients
  • Managing recourse actions and legal proceedings concerning regulated claims
  • Overseeing claims management and control
  • Regularly communicating with different departments
  • Supporting the team leader and engaging in diverse projects

Qualifications

We seek an individual with excellent communication skills, a methodical work style, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in insurance contract legislation and Property or Technical insurance
  • Experience in client relations
  • A strong sense of accountability towards clients, brokers, colleagues, and the Zurich global network
  • The ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Skills to conduct training sessions and convey complex information effectively
  • Proficiency in English and MS-Office applications
