HR Internship

BASF Services Europe GmbH is a leading provider of HR services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our team in France. As an HR intern, you will be responsible for supporting our HR services team in various tasks related to recruiting and HR inquiry.
ResponsibilitiesAs an HR intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the recruiting process, from pre-selecting candidates to conducting phone interviews.
- Assisting in the development and optimization of our internal CV database and updating the key schools file.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR topics such as time management, travel and expenses, etc.
- Maintaining our HR database by adding employees and modifying their information.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong interest in Human Resources.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in French and English, with German being an asset.
