BASF Services Europe GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Berlin. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our HR Services Team France in various tasks related to recruiting and HR inquiry.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the recruiting process, including pre-selecting candidates and conducting phone interviews.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing BASF's internal CV database and updating key schools files.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR topics such as time management, travel & expenses, and HR master data activities.
Requirements
  • Student (m/w/d) looking for a six-month internship starting in July 2024 as part of your studies.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and good analytical skills.
  • Good MS-Office expertise, with knowledge of Excel appreciated.
  • Professional and open-minded, with a willingness to work in a young and dynamic team.
  • Fluent in French and English, with German ideal.
