We are building Europe's leading energy software platform, 'Heartbeat', which connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations, increasing the profitability of interconnected customer installations. Our customers benefit from a one-stop-shop for the purchase and installation of individual and intelligent energy system solutions, enabling every household to live, heat, and move sustainably. Our technology team is developing and expanding the Heartbeat software to connect customers worldwide with the energy market, offering the most cost-effective and cleanest energy tariffs.

Your Role
  • You will play a crucial role in preparing our planned IPO.
  • You will be responsible for our budget process and continuously develop it.
  • You will create business plans, including simulations of various scenarios within a complex financial model.
  • You will develop rolling forecasts and serve as a liaison to our operational subsidiaries and the controlling team.
  • You will work with the M&A team on financial planning for new acquisitions.
  • You will be responsible for planning and executing internal projects and projects with our partner companies.
Your Profile
  • You have completed your studies and gained experience in the field of renewable energy, finance, consulting, corporate development, or organizational development.
  • You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in investment banking, transaction advisory, or valuation units of large auditing firms or multinational corporations with at least 20 legal entities.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and independent, self-responsible thinking and acting are second nature to you.
  • You have a sense of numbers and are able to draw meaningful conclusions from large data sets and complex relationships.
  • You have experience in processing, developing, and quality-controlling complex financial models, including consolidation logic and M&A activities.
  • You are reliable and passionate about the energy transition and want to contribute to it.
  • You have fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking.
  • You are eager for a challenging task with travel readiness in a dynamic work environment.
  • You are an Excel expert and work confidently with PowerPoint and other office tools as well as common planning or consolidation tools.
