Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH.

About the Role:

  • Ambassador of the Financial Planning and Reporting process for Satair logistics and repair functions
  • Driving the Planning and Reporting process, including Risks and Opportunities, for their respective scope
  • Analysing quantitative and qualitative data in different tools, as well as performance against budgets/targets, highlighting discrepancies and risks and opportunities
  • Driving the operational ownership of financial data, performance culture, and Risk and Opportunity through robust finance reporting
  • Propose and coordinate mitigation actions if needed to support discussions and decision making at Management level
  • Focal point for regional controllers from US, Europe, and Asia

About You:

  • Completed studies in the field of Business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or a comparable qualification
  • More than 4 years of professional experience in controlling and finance
  • More than 2 years of professional experience in Data analysis
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other language is an advantage
  • Able to work with tight deadlines
