Position Overview:

As a Serviceleiter Bar at Motel One Berlin-Alexanderplatz, your primary focus will be to elevate the guest experience within our lounge area. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Developing staff schedules and overseeing leave management
  • Providing assistance and guidance to guests in the Motel One Lounge, along with related responsibilities
  • Meeting financial objectives for the lounge area
  • Ensuring seamless service delivery while adhering to the Motel One service standards
  • Facilitating internal training sessions, cross-training initiatives, and organizing professional development for team members
  • Managing inventory and procurement of food, beverages, and spirits, along with conducting monthly stock assessments

Candidate Profile:

  • A background in hospitality or relevant experience, or a keen interest in entering the hospitality field
