Your Mission
  • You will spearhead the design and evolution of our future software framework.
  • Your role involves analyzing and developing software/system architectures and concepts that align with our standards and uphold our commitment to quality.
  • You will establish streamlined workflows and effective tool usage for software development in accordance with aviation regulations.
  • You will facilitate communication among teams, enabling efficient prioritization to steer our vision in the right direction.
  • Your responsibilities include conducting requirements analysis and coordinating with clients and internal departments.
  • You will play an active role in the release process, aligning on a system level and supporting software development teams.
  • You will oversee quality assurance for developers through documentation standards and the selection of third-party components.
  • You will ensure traceability between requirements and software architecture components.
  • Your analysis will include safety requirements and manuals, leading to the definition of appropriate architectural solutions.
Your Profile
  • You possess a degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • You have extensive experience as a Software Architect, with several years of relevant professional background.
  • You bring in-depth knowledge from direct industry experience in software architecture, design, and development within the aviation, automotive, or similar sectors.
  • You have a strong grasp of software engineering principles along with application architecture and design.
  • You exhibit a keen intuition for best practices in modern C/C++ development.
  • You have experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe).
  • You are proficient in UML and adept at using modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect).
  • You can demonstrate a successful track record of project delivery.
  • You are a self-motivated individual capable of taking on leadership roles.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate across various geographies.
  • You have a very good command of English.
