Digital Design Engineer for Test

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Engineer for Test to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Design Enabling and Services (DES) organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing design environments for our product development teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement Design for Test (DFT) and Built-In Self-Test (BIST) concepts to maximize test coverage while minimizing costs.
- Execute scan insertion and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) to ensure high-quality manufacturing readiness.
- Perform test coverage analysis and improvement to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create DFT methodology innovations and enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance to other DFT engineers, concept engineers, digital designers, and functional verification teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Microelectronic, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Design for Test, with a strong background in digital design and test methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital design for test, including ATPG, test coverage analysis, and digital verification.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in English, with German language skills a plus.
