To strengthen our Corporate Communications Team at our European headquarters in Munich, we are seeking qualified candidates for the following role:
**Working Student Corporate Communications (m/f/x) - 2-year contract/ approximately 20 hours weekly -**
We are in search of an individual with outstanding English and German writing skills, a passion for social media, and a pragmatic approach.
The Role:
This position is designed for a student (m/f/x) with initial exposure to communications to support our Corporate Communications team. We are looking for a skilled copywriter in English and German for diverse content, particularly for social media. The role also includes creating visual materials and providing general administrative support.
We offer a flexible work environment, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to gain insights into both internal and external Corporate Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing content for internal and external communications and social media platforms in English and German
- Creating visual content (e.g., utilizing Canva), and video editing
- Providing administrative support for the corporate communications department, including event coordination
- Overseeing content on intranet, website, and social media channels
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Initial experience in communications, such as an internship or relevant copywriting experience (please attach writing samples to your application)
- Proficiency in creating visuals (e.g., through Canva) and video editing
- Excellent (business fluent) written communication skills in English and German are essential
- Competent in using MS Office
- Previous experience in curating content for digital platforms, especially social media, preferably LinkedIn
- A confident, creative, and open-minded individual
- A proactive, hands-on approach, capable of multitasking, and willing to explore various facets of Corporate Communications
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility while being an effective team player
