About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Transformation Services team as an SAP iXp Intern. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive business transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a future service offering related to data driven change management in combination with AI when it comes to S/4 Hana implementations
  • Master Thesis on the evolution of Change Management in the context of AI etc.
  • Support the preparation of a Thought Leadership Paper
About the Team

The Business Transformation Services team provides specialized offerings on topics related to Business and IT Strategy, Value Management and Performance Management. We closely work with our customers to re-imagine business models, design future enterprise roadmaps and target state architectures to realize business value.

Requirements
  • Student (f/m/d) with a background in HR and / or Organizational and People Development
  • Ideally first experience from working with other consulting firms
  • Computer skills: yes
  • Language skills: (e.g. fluent in English, German proficiency is a must)
  • Soft skills: (e.g. team player, expert in organizing, creative, self starter)
