Order Processing Specialist


We are seeking a meticulous Order Processing Specialist to enhance our operations at Huhtamaki Foodservice Sales GmbH & Co. KG, a leader in innovative packaging solutions.

In this role, you will take charge of generating and monitoring quotations, executing order transactions, delivering customer service, addressing complaints, and supporting Key Account Managers.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity within our Oracle system and collaborating closely with production planning teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a commercial background, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, exceptional organizational skills, strong communication capabilities, and proficiency in Oracle software.

Fluency in English is essential, and familiarity with additional languages is advantageous.
