Job Title:
Order Processing Specialist


We are seeking a meticulous Order Processing Specialist to contribute to our operations at Huhtamaki Foodservice Sales GmbH & Co. KG, a leader in innovative packaging solutions.

In this role, you will be tasked with the creation and monitoring of quotations, managing order transactions, delivering customer service, addressing complaints, and supporting Key Account Managers.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate data within our Oracle system and collaborating closely with production planning teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in commerce, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Oracle.

Fluency in English is essential, and familiarity with additional languages is advantageous.
