Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of System-Integration Vessel- für unsere Abteilung Systemintegration Vessel- & Submarine Systems. Als Leiter dieser Abteilung sind Sie verantwortlich für die disziplinarische Leitung und die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter.

Aufgaben
  • Die bedarfsgerechte Qualifizierung der Mitarbeiter sicherstellen und die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung unterstützen.
  • Die Planung und Optimierung von Ressourcen und deren Einsatz unter Berücksichtigung eines Multiprojekt- und Produkt-Umfeldes.
  • Stellenbesetzungen und das Führen von jährlichen Mitarbeitergesprächen.
  • Die Planung und Umsetzung der Ziele der Abteilung.
  • Die Einhaltung der Engineeringprozesse im Verantwortungsbereich sicherstellen und an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der angewandten Standards und Prozesse mitwirken.
  • Die Erledigung der vereinbarten Leistungen innerhalb der Abteilung.
  • Die Vertretung aller personalwirtschaftlichen Belange der Abteilung nach innen und nach außen.
Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Natur- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in einem MINT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Systemintegration sowie ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Führungs- und Waffeneinsatzsysteme auf Schiffen und Booten von internationalen Marinen und anderen militärischen Auftraggebern.
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen in der situativen Führung, der Motivation und der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der technischen Führung von multinationalen bzw. ausländischen Teams und Mitarbeitern.
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.
  • Motivation, Veränderungen voranzutreiben und Innovationen in unserer Abteilung zu fördern.
  • Strukturiertes Erfassen von komplexen und abstrakten Zusammenhängen in technischen und organisatorischen Systemen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein offenes und tolerantes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden unterschiedlicher Nationalitäten.
  • Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen.
