Complex Systems Integration Expert

**About the Role**

GULP – experts united is seeking a highly skilled Integration and Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the commissioning, system integration, and testing of complex command and weapon deployment systems, link systems, and SONAR systems in the surface vessel division for national and international clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Commissioning, system integration, and testing of complex systems
  • Control and active management of commissioning, testing, and verification
  • Preparation of test and verification documents
  • Definition of the required test equipment and test infrastructure at system level
  • Active involvement in troubleshooting and fault allocation
  • Introduction of modifications and software upgrades
  • Occasional on-site customer training sessions

**Requirements**

  • Successfully completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge in the areas of integration, system integration, and functional verification of complex systems desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to analyze errors, problems, weak points, and dependencies and propose solutions
  • Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure, independent action, and high self-motivation
  • Strong communication skills in an intercultural environment
  • Enjoyment of national and international business trips
