Position Overview

Key Qualifications

  • Proficient communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and diverse teams, fluent in both German and English.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Fundamental understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security protocols.
  • Capability to make informed technical decisions and recommendations based on business needs and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to highlight Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or consumer goods sectors.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions and best practices.
  • Engage with clients on-site to foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business objectives and requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions to clients.
  • Design and implement enhancements in Salesforce solutions in partnership with the development team.
  • Participate in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, and integration.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices.
  • Advocate for the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to offer expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
