- Proficient communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and diverse teams, fluent in both German and English.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Fundamental understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security protocols.

- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions and best practices.
- Engage with clients on-site to foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business objectives and requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions to clients.
- Design and implement enhancements in Salesforce solutions in partnership with the development team.
- Participate in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, and integration.
- Provide insights and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices.
- Advocate for the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.
- Stay informed about Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to offer expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
