Job Title: Data Protection Officer

At MAM Legal Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor data protection policies, processes, and procedures across various sales channels.
  • Conduct threshold analyses, data protection impact assessments, and maintain the procedure register.
  • Train employees on data protection best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, HR, IT, legal, and compliance to meet data protection requirements.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive and relevant legal expertise in data protection law.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of data protection within an international corporation or a globally active law firm.
  • Proven knowledge of the online environment and experience with data protection regulations in the digital sector, including ancillary laws.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English, at least C1 level.
