We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Head of Commissioning to lead our Commissioning Services team, ensuring standardized support delivery to each project.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all projects execute Commissioning Services in accordance with Group Commissioning guidelines, regional requirements, and project-specific employer requirements.
- Develop and implement Commissioning strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Planners, Quality, and Design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate Commissioning Digital Environment setup and onboarding for new projects.
- Chair Kick-Off Meetings, Design Reviews, and Constructability Reviews to ensure technical aspects are covered.
- Responsible for Commissioning KPI Audits, reporting, and addressing non-compliance.
- Support Estimation at a business unit level, resource strategy, and pricing at tender stage.
- 10+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities or data centre infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or relevant discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Effective communication, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in high-stress environments.
