About the Role
We're seeking an experienced IT Provider Manager to join our team. As an IT Provider Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT service providers during the lifecycle of outsourcing contracts. Your primary goal will be to ensure the quality and performance of our IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT service providers during the contract period, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with IT service owners to implement contract agreements and build strong relationships with service providers.
- Work closely with IT service owners to develop and optimize service provider relationships.
- Lead meetings with service providers and stakeholders to discuss key issues and develop solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, working closely with a regulatory expert.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, with significant experience in IT service management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry, particularly in relation to IT outsourcing.
- Proven experience in managing IT service providers, with a focus on quality and performance.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and process-oriented thinking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
