About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at & Other Stories in Berlin Mitte. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and styling expertise to drive sales and create a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and maximizing sales on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms, and at the cash desk.
  • Stay aware of store goals and sales figures, as well as applicable procedures and guidelines.
  • Work closely with garments, ensuring our high standards are always maintained.
  • Process customer transactions at the cash desk and receive and process deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing seasonal sales and campaigns.
  • Follow store routines, policies, and guidelines to prevent loss and ensure safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, styling, and customer service. You will be a positive, friendly person with a great sense of style, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience with cash register routines is a plus, but your willingness to learn and grow with us is most important.
