Logistics and Customs Processing Specialist (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing domestic and international shipments
- Preparing necessary export documentation, including customs paperwork
- Engaging with service providers for effective transport management
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with current customs regulations
- Possessing knowledge of applicable customs procedures and addressing sales requirements
- Contributing to the enhancement of shipping and customs operations
Candidate Profile:
- Commercial training, ideally in logistics or international trade
- Experience in customs processing, particularly for exports
- Dynamic personality with a strong drive for success and enthusiasm for logistics and customs
- Preferably several years of relevant experience in the outlined responsibilities
- Team-oriented, organized, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
- Fluent in German
- Strong communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications and ERP systems
- Confident in interactions with external partners and colleagues
