Lead Consultant in Data Governance (w/m/d)

As a Lead Consultant in the Financial Services Technology Advisory sector, you will collaborate with your team to assist financial services organizations in developing comprehensive IT strategies, specialized business and IT architectures, and crafting concepts related to data governance, as well as executing these strategies effectively.

Your Responsibilities
If you aim to leverage your expertise to strategically advance the Financial Services sector, your contributions will include:

  • Data Governance: Implementing intricate data governance frameworks within financial institutions, encompassing tasks such as metadata management, data modeling, data quality management, and data acquisition.
  • Implementation Strategies: Supporting financial organizations in their transformation towards a data-driven implementation roadmap.
  • Banking Management: Advising on exciting implementation topics across various areas of banking management (finance, risk management, reporting, etc.).
  • Efficiency Enhancement and Optimization: Consulting on process adjustments and IT infrastructure modifications, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Technology Advisory: Assisting with challenging questions regarding tool selection and their integration into change and operational processes.
  • Project and Team Leadership: Taking responsibility for projects, facilitating workshops, and representing your team's outcomes to clients.
Your Profile
  • Degree in economics, humanities, or natural sciences with a focus on banking, insurance, or IT.
  • Extensive Professional Experience in data governance, business and IT architectures, or regulatory compliance, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Solid Knowledge in data governance (including tools), data warehousing, and/or cloud-based solutions.
  • Interest in Emerging Topics and technologies, strong presentation and communication skills, along with a high degree of independence and teamwork.
  • Excellent Language Skills in German (C1 level) and English.
