Our Security Operations Center is the heart of our operations, where we focus on Security Monitoring, Malware Analysis, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, and Forensics.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Information Security Officer in the development and improvement of internal guidelines, processes, and concepts
- Identifying and evaluating security-relevant risks and vulnerabilities
- Contributing to the maintenance and development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Leading the Notfallmanagement & BCM team and participating in internal and external audits
- Developing and implementing training programs for information security and internal regulations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Several years of experience in Information Security, Notfallmanagement/BCM, and related fields
- Deep knowledge of security standards, such as ISO 27001 and BSI IT Grundschutz
- Experience with internal and external audits
- Excellent MS-Office skills and proficiency in MS-Visio
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
