Company Overview: Kopp Unternehmensgruppe is actively seeking a Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) for a long-term engagement with potential for permanent placement.
Your Responsibilities:- Acquisition of technical components on both local and international levels
- Negotiation of prices and contracts, along with coordination of delivery timelines
- Documentation and upkeep of supplier and order information
- Comprehensive order management, including the creation of necessary shipping documentation
- Resolution of technical and commercial inquiries (purchase requests, supplier interactions)
- Development and maintenance of relationships with system and technology suppliers
- Engagement in both strategic and operational tasks
- Completed education or degree in a technical or commercial field
- Initial professional experience in procurement (including international exposure)
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, AMS ERP)
- Familiarity with contract law is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong negotiation capabilities
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills
