Our Story
We've made significant strides since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017. Our team has grown rapidly, and we've achieved numerous milestones. Despite global challenges, we successfully brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from concept to market in just five years. As we begin delivering our first customer vehicles, we're looking to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Your Role
You will oversee the product and process maturity of our projects, providing continuous transparency on maturity levels and critical paths. In case of deviations, you'll define and implement appropriate actions. You'll collaborate closely with Program Management and Engineering on timelines, milestones, and product reviews, as well as with business partners in Engineering, Operations, Procurement, SCM, SQE, and Commercial, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product development process that aligns with company and customer needs.
- Ensure product quality criteria are met during project phases.
- Manage quality risks in projects and define measures to mitigate them.
- Define and align product standards to achieve quality KPIs.
- Plan, organize, and conduct product/quality reviews, defining measures for deviations.
- Create transparency on critical paths in overall project timelines, defining measures to meet project milestones.
- Escalate main quality risks to line managers.
- Initiate design-to-quality, risk, and maturity measures to ensure product quality and safeguard quality KPIs.
- Conduct quality assessments for product and process topics during project phases, representing quality and product standards.
- Coordinate quality approval and release.
- Provide maturity reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Technical degree in engineering or similar field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in the automotive industry, particularly in new product projects.
- Professional experience in launch processes and/or product development processes in the automotive industry.
- Ability to create new quality standards and project KPIs.
- High technical understanding of the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, motivation, and empathy skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse individuals and situations.
- High organizational skills and result-oriented approach.
- Assertiveness, diplomacy, and moderation skills.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Pragmatism and understanding of lean principles.
- Very good English language skills.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
