Senior Manager of Server Solutions

Your Role:

  • Oversee the disciplinary management of the Windows and Linux Server product teams.
  • Drive strategic and forward-thinking development of server products in close collaboration with product owners.
  • Ensure global operations of Windows and Linux server systems while continuously optimizing and automating operational processes.
  • Manage budget planning and adherence, while identifying potential savings opportunities.
  • Engage in proactive supplier management and selection of strategic partners.
  • Focus on targeted and active development of team members.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing infrastructure teams.
  • Strong customer focus along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of innovation and adaptability to change.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, particularly in server system operations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly within the SAFe framework, is advantageous.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and assertiveness.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.

The selection process includes an assessment center.
