About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RAMS engineer to join our team at LGM Digital. As a key member of our Operational Safety Business Line, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration of RAMS requirements into our overall design, development, and qualification process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integration of RAMS requirements into the overall design, development, and qualification process;
  • Carry out or update Preliminary Risk Analyzes;
  • Consolidate Analyzes of failures;
  • Provide availability, reliability, maintainability, and security studies proofreading and justification;
  • Develop RAMS and implement RAMS quantification tools;
  • Carry out predictive reliability studies;
  • Perform dysfunctional analyzes (FMEA, FTA...);
  • Write reliability and safety reports;
  • Based on the analyzes, make recommendations for actions to improve the product, by participating to the design reviews and to the Operational Safety process;
  • Based on the results of reliability analyzes and FMEA, help to determine maintenance tasks (corrective or preventive, periodicity) and contribute to the definition of the Maintenance Plan.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational safety;
  • Passion to explore complex systems in order to detect potential risks and failures and to carry out in-depth RAMS analyzes as well as to transmit your expertise and know-how;
  • Very good interpersonal skills to participate and lead meetings in order to understand our customers' expectations;
  • Desire to get involved in the operational safety team dynamics at LGM to meet the profession challenges;
  • Mastery of English is indispensable. Practice of German is a real asset.
