Develop Cutting-Edge Control Systems for EUV Lithography

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative control systems for our state-of-the-art CO2 laser system. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, develop, and maintain software solutions for the control of our CO2 laser system based on EtherCAT technology.
  • Conduct rigorous testing, verification, and validation of software both in-house and at customer sites.
  • Provide expert support during commissioning and troubleshooting activities at our facilities and customer locations.
  • Lead and manage software development projects as a project manager, collaborating closely with customers and suppliers.
  • Mentor and guide student engineers in their work.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • You possess proven experience in software development within an industrial setting.
  • You have a strong command of at least one high-level programming language (e.g., C++).
  • You demonstrate a keen interest in control/automation technology and PLC programming.
  • You are familiar with industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Azure DevOps, and Beckhoff TwinCAT.
  • Experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning is highly advantageous.
  • You are a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for tackling challenges.
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills in both German and English.
