Position: Area Visual Merchandiser

Welcome to ONLY Stores Austria GmbH, a partner of Bestseller Retail, as we enhance our operations across Austria. We are in search of a skilled and passionate Area Visual Merchandiser to contribute to our national initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute ONLY Merchandising Standards
  • Oversee and arrange new store launches and promotional events across the country
  • Enhance product displays for optimal visibility
  • Ensure prompt execution of marketing campaigns and product placements
  • Rectify visual discrepancies and errors within the retail environment
  • Adhere to branding and award compliance regulations
  • Deliver constructive feedback and photographic reports to existing locations
  • Encourage the positive growth of team members
  • Educate store personnel on effective merchandising techniques

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Management
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
  • Fashion-savvy, communicative, driven, and innovative
  • Possess leadership skills and confidence
  • Well-organized and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working with numerical data
  • Willingness to travel frequently
