Become a vital member of our Supply Chain Management Team, dedicated to facilitating seamless and prompt product launches in the digital space. As a Junior Supply Chain Relations Manager, your role will involve cultivating and enhancing partnerships with prominent retailers and brands within the fashion sector. Acting as a key intermediary in our inbound supply chain operations, you will serve as the main contact for our collaborators. You will also track performance indicators, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and spearhead optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee essential accounts from a supply chain viewpoint
- Align inbound capacities with internal teams
- Assess and analyze performance metrics
- Continuously refine processes at both internal and external interfaces in cooperation with partners, logistics and service providers, business development, product management, and internal IT
- Offer operational assistance on various procurement-related matters
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration or a related field
- Prior experience in key account management or supply chain management, ideally in a digital context
- Strong analytical abilities and comprehension of relevant KPIs and their analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; additional IT skills are advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Highly driven with a meticulous and practical work ethic
- Enjoy collaborating in a team environment and managing administrative responsibilities
