Your Responsibilities

• Oversee current client accounts while exploring new business opportunities and sales strategies
• Engage potential customers in the retail sector, both domestically and abroad, primarily through telecommunication
• Conduct professional sales discussions and cultivate enduring client relationships
• Assess client needs, manage pricing strategies, and formulate tailored proposals that align with client expectations and company guidelines
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost client satisfaction and revenue

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis on sales and/or marketing or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in retail and project management
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Organized work style with strong analytical capabilities
• Collaborative team member with a composed attitude in high-pressure situations
