IT Service Provider Risk Management Specialist

Union IT-Services GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen IT Service Provider Risk Management Specialist, der die zentrale Überwachung unserer IT-Dienstleister in den Bereichen Governance, Risk und Security (GRS) mitgestaltet. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Dienstleisterüberwachung in Zusammenarbeit mit Expert*innen aus verschiedenen Disziplinen wie IT-Security, IT-Governance und IT-Compliance. Ihr Ziel ist es, effiziente, digitale und wirtschaftliche Lösungen zu entwickeln, die eine effektive Überwachung ermöglichen und in Projekten sowie im täglichen Geschäft umgesetzt werden.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Entwicklung und Pflege des IT Dienstleister-Überwachungsmodells in Bezug auf GRS-Disziplinen
  • Design und Steuerung der Umsetzung spezifischer Kontrollen für das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS)
  • Überwachung der IT-Dienstleister und Auswertung von Kontrollberichten zur Identifizierung von spezifischen Risiken
  • Koordination zwischen GRS-Disziplinen und dem strategischen Providermanagement
  • Digitalisierung des Dienstleister-Überwachungsmodells

Sie bringen mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine qualifizierte Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse im regulierten IT-Umfeld, insbesondere in IT-Governance, IT-Risk und IT-Regulatorik
  • Ein hohes Maß an Engagement und die Fähigkeit, Lösungen aktiv zu gestalten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, um partnerschaftliche Ziele zu erreichen
  • Erfahrungen in Projekten, idealerweise mit fachlicher Führungsverantwortung
  • Eine teamorientierte und wertschätzende Arbeitsweise
