Job Title: Market Research Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of market data, trends, and opportunities within the financial sector, providing actionable insights to enhance sales, product development, and executive decision-making in the real estate domain.
  • Engaging in the formulation of long-term strategies for the business unit and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Executing thorough market and competitor evaluations to inform strategic choices and identify potential growth avenues.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentation materials and decision-making frameworks for various organizational committees.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of committee-related documentation.
  • Designing and delivering presentations for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in business administration or economics, ideally with a specialization in finance.
  • Several years of relevant experience in a financial services firm, a similarly regulated environment, or a consulting agency.
  • Familiarity with savings and real estate financing products is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong performance orientation, assertiveness, and a readiness to assume responsibility.
  • Outstanding communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
